I was fortunate enough to become acquainted with Clint through my many years at the newspaper. His professionalism and attention to details, along with his kindness and loving nature make Headley Funeral Chapel the only choice for families during such a difficult time. Clint and Kailee helped my family tremendously through the recent loss of my mother. They provided comfort and support far beyond what was expected. Thank you just doesn't seem enough for our deep gratitude. Our community is blessed to have Clint and his remarkable staff.
H.V. Chapin was my brother-in-law, but I really considered him to be my big brother. He was always there for me. I met him when I was about 12 years old. No matter how awful my life was going, he was there to tell me that I was a good person and that things were going to be OK. He was my best encourager. All these many years H.V. was there with a big smile, pleasant conversation and also wanted to know what the other person was doing in their lives. I don't think I ever heard him say a bad word. Always cheerful even when his illness was making him feel terrible. We all have a lot to learn when we look at how he led his life. He has three really great children and he was a wonderful husband to my sister for 63 years. His place in our lives will forever be empty now that he is gone. I am so glad that I got a chance to tell him how much he meant to me before he passed away. There will never be another person just like him.
We are always interested in hearing from the families that we serve. Please take a moment to let us know how well we served you in your time of need. We very much appreciate your feedback.
