Wanda V. Taylor, 91, of Douglass, KS, passed away Thursday, February 20, 2020 at home. Visitation 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. Sunday, February 23, 2020 at Headley Funeral Chapel. Graveside service 2:00 p.m. Monday, February 24, 2020, at Douglass Cemetery, Douglass, KS. Wanda was born in Woods County, OK on May 19, 1928, to the late Bessie Laurie (Uhl) and Clarence A. Williams. She was a secretary for the Beech Employees Club for about 20 years. Wanda enjoyed playing Bingo, fishing, and camping. She also enjoyed crochet and knitting, and made many special gifts through the years. On June 1, 1946 she married Clive B. Taylor in Coldwater, KS. He preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her son, Clive Dale Taylor; and sister, Juanita Searle. She is survived by: son, Bill Taylor and wife Becky of Douglass, KS; daughter, Debra Peace and husband Adam of Augusta, KS; brothers, Bob Williams of Douglass, KS, Junior Williams of Coldwater, KS; sister, Faye Goble of Isabelle, KS; grandchildren, Lester and Eric Hiser, Willie, Jamie, Aaron, and Ryan Taylor; great grandchildren, Kaitlien, Mitchell, and Madison Hiser, Ereka, Ethan, and Evhan Hiser, Piper, Leeann, Austin, Michael, Laiken, and Gavin Taylor.
