Pauline Valentine Barnes-Stanley

Pauline Valentine Barnes-Stanley, 92, of Augusta, KS, passed away Wednesday, March 9, 2022. Private burial at Shawnee Cemetery, Warsaw, MO. Pauline was born in Augusta, KS on February 14, 1930, to the late Bessie (Hartup) and Burt Jordan. She graduated from Augusta High School with the class of 1947. She was a legal secretary for Floyd Sperry for 20 years and was later the associate circuit clerk for Benton County, MO for 25 years. She was preceded in death by: husband, O.W.  Barnes; husband, Roger Stanley. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Cleo Ray; sisters, Betty Tull and Dorothy Seeburn; son, Kelly Womack. She is survived by: sons, Mike Barnes, Danny Robb, Bob Smyser, and Kevin Corbit; sisters, Marilyn Ellsworth and Janice Hoffman; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
