Martha Lee (Kephart) (Dulin) Watts of Augusta, KS, passed away Tuesday, July 6, 2021 at home surrounded by family. Martha was born in Parsons, KS to the late Lota (Wilkerson) and Omer Kephart. In her early years, she worked as a telephone operator for Southwestern Bell and later as a secretary at Boeing.  She relocated to Augusta, Kansas in the Fall of 1949.  Many in the Augusta area know her because of her work as a Realtor of many years who helped so many. Over the years she was President of the Butler County Board of Realtors, was a member of the State Committee and won numerous awards. During her life, she was also a homemaker, house wife, and mother. She was very outgoing and loved people. She is survived by: son, Wade Dulin and wife Linda of Wichita, KS; daughter, Karen Yost and husband Bob of Augusta, KS; daughter, Donna Jacot and husband John of Moline, KS; son, Troy Watts of Augusta, KS; brother, Joe Kephart; 5 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her husbands, Ray Dulin in 1965, and Dean Watts in 2015, along with two brothers and three sisters. A private family service will be held in Chanute, Kansas at her request.

I met Martha during my years as a Realtor.  I was instantly impressed by her knowledge and kindness.  I especially enjoyed her wonderful personality.  God bless your soul and all of us who grieve for you.

So sorry to hear about Martha. Her family meant the world to her. When I lived in Kansas she was my best friend and was  always there for me. I loved to hear her stories about her life as a child. she was the sweetest woman and had become like a mother to me. I'll always hold her memory close to my heart. Love you Martha!  Prayers to her family
