Wanda Lou Failes, 74, of Augusta, KS, passed away Wednesday, February 18, 2026 in Wichita, Kansas. Memorial service 3:00 p.m. Friday, March 13, 2026 at Headley Funeral Chapel, Augusta, KS. Private graveside service, Cleo Springs Cemetery, Cleo Springs, OK. Wanda was born in Fairview, OK on March 30, 1951, to the late Dorthy (Hartman) and Robert Foster. Wanda attended Ringwood High School in Ringwood, OK. She retired from the Pizza Hut Corporate office. Wanda enjoyed watching sports, especially when her children and grandchildren were involved. She is survived by: sons, Greg and William Failes; daughter, Michelle Lange; sisters, Debra Foster, Sharon Free, and Barbara Moore; brother, Jack Foster (Carol); grandchildren, Elissa Rosebraugh (Michael), Jeffrey Failes, Wyatt Lange (Teagan) and Heidi Lange; and great grandchildren Rhett, Ridge and Rory Lange. She was preceded in death by her son, Jeffrey Failes, and siblings, Joe Foster, Joan Jones, Zola Van Buskirk and Harvey Foster; and a grandson Trenton Failes.
