Rodney "Rod" Loren Logan

Rodney "Rod" Loren Logan, 57, of Augusta, KS, passed away Monday, October 6, 2025 in El Dorado. Visitation Sunday, October 12, 2025 from 12:00 pm. to 2:00 p.m. at Headley Funeral Chapel, Augusta. Following the visitation, the family will hold a celebration of life from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 pm. at the Augusta Senior Center, 640 Osage, Augusta, KS. Rod was born in Topeka, Kansas on April 21, 1968, to Edwin Lee Logan and the late Laura (Karns) Logan. He served in the U.S. Navy and worked as a CMCS Machinist at Spirit. Rod also worked part time at the Augusta Dillons Fuel Center. Rod was a member of American Legion Post 4, Wichita. He enjoyed fishing and motorcycles. On June 22, 2013 he married Deana J. (Guilliams) Logan in Wichita and she survives him. He is also survived by: his father, Ed of Topeka; children, Elizabeth Nicole Shively (Brian) of Wichita; Joshua Michael Wolke of Haysville; Tyler Keith Kasney (Heather) of Missouri; Krystal Katherine Kasney of Wichita; Jeremiah Christopher Melvin Logan (Denise) of Wichita; Larry Dean Kasney III (Kimberly) of Williamsburg, KS; and Traci Lauren Logan of Augusta; a brother, Ronnie Logan, (Bobbi) of Eskridge, KS; a sister, Sandra Fine (George) of Rex, GA; sisters in law, Mary Elizabeth Wilson of East Peoria, IL and Bonnie Jean Clune (Roger) of Towanda; grandchildren, Hali, Emily, Payton, Keeley, William, Paul, Dominic, Wyatt, Wesley, Raven, Cyrus, Xander, Arlo, Myla, Ariya,, Jeremiah Jr., Elijah, Hunter and Sarah.
