Robert E. Wilson, 76, of Augusta, KS, passed away Sunday, June 28, 2026 in Andover, KS. Graveside service 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, July 8, 2026, at Elmwood Cemetery, Augusta, KS. Robert was born in El Dorado, KS on January 18, 1950, to the late Anna Marie (Fennell) and Thomas Edwin Wilson. He served in the U.S. Marines. Robert was a Elementary School Teacher in Wellsville, KS for most of his life. His favorite pastime was photography. He is survived by: sister, Tommie Payton; brother, Greg Wilson; niece, Paige Payton; nephew, Allen Payton. He was preceded in death by his infant brother, John Wilson.
