Paula Ann Kiekel

Paula Ann Kiekel, 56, of Douglass, KS, passed away Wednesday, September 18, 2024 in Andover. A celebration of life will be held 10:00 a.m., Monday, September 23, 2024 at the First Christian Church, 303 E 4th St., Douglass, KS. Paula was born in Aurora, Colorado on July 17, 1968, to Edgar J. Kirner, and the late Cecile Mae (Burklund) Kirner. She worked as a receptionist and bookkeeper at Colangelo & Taber and had previously worked as a secretary for Woody Auction, and for USD 396. Paula was a Denver Broncos and WSU fan. On May 18, 1991 she married Kenneth E. Kiekel in Wichita, KS and he survives her. She is also survived by: her father, Ed of Wichita; sons, Ryan and Tyler Kiekel of Douglass; sisters, Brenda (John) Boyd of Wichita; Roxanne (Kevin) Arnel of Augusta; and Janice (Jim) Simpson of Wichita; and several nieces and nephews. Memorial donations may be made to Kansas Humane Society.
