Michael Dean "Micky" Robinson

Michael Dean "Micky" Robinson, 77, of Augusta, KS, passed away Wednesday, September 16, 2020 in Andover. Visitation 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 22, 2020 at Headley Funeral Chapel, Augusta. Graveside service 1 p.m. Wednesday, September 23, 2020 at Oxford Cemetery. Michael was born in Winfield, KS on September 14, 1943, to the late Alice Elizabeth (Murray) and Cecil Wilson Robinson. He installed and inspected landing gear at Beech Aircraft for many years. Micky was an avid KC Chiefs fan and for the service everyone is invited to wear KC Chiefs wear! On June 5, 1965 he married Alice (Nipple) Robinson in Wellington, KS. She preceded him in death. He is survived by: son, Michael Robinson, Jr. and wife Jennifer; grandchildren, Zachary Michael, David Andrew and wife Rocio, and Adyson Jane Robinson; sister, Bonnie Holcomb; brothers, Glendale Robinson, and Lenny Robinson and wife Margaret; and his nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Rodney, James, and Kenneth Robinson. Memorial donations to First Baptist Church youth group 1501 State Street Augusta, Kansas 67010.
