Johnny David Hall, 75, of Augusta, KS, passed away Saturday, February 26, 2022 at home. A service celebrating the lives of Johnny and his wife, Linda will be held 9:00 a.m. Friday, March 4, 2022, at Headley Funeral Chapel, Augusta, KS. Burial will follow at Kansas Veterans Cemetery, Winfield, KS. Johnny was born in Lawton, OK on January 1, 1947, to the late Mary Audra (Nollner) and Frank Charles Hall. Johnny served in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War. He worked as a diesel mechanic for most of his life. Johnny loved fishing, golfing, and gardening. On October 27, 1969 he married Linda Pauline (McAlister) in Oklahoma City, OK. She preceded him in death in 2018. He was also preceded in death by his 6 siblings. Johnny and Linda are survived by: daughter, Tina Dennett and husband Mike of Augusta, KS and their 4 children, Sydney Grimm, Christopher Grimm, Brandan Grimm, and Darrin Dennett, and 3 grandchildren; daughter, Dawn Richardson and husband Tony of Buhler, KS and their 4 children and 10 grandchildren.
