Janet Marie Vaughn

Janet Marie Vaughn, 78, of Augusta, KS, passed away Saturday, July 8, 2023. No services are planned at this time. Janet was born in Greeley, NE on June 13, 1945, to the late Mary (Kelly) and Gerald A. McFadden. She retired as a vice president from Prairie State Bank after many years. On September 26, 1964 she married Jim  Vaughn in Lincoln, NE who survives her. She is also survived by: sons, Jim Vaughn, III, and  Jeff Vaughn and wife Donna; daughter, Julie McGuire and husband Chuck; grandchildren, Kayla Vaughn, Mitch Vaughn, Michael Vaughn, Chris Vaughn, Seth McGuire, Shane McGuire, and Coltan Purcell; numerous great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her siblings, Gerald McFadden, Bob McFadden, and Irene Hamrick. Memorial donations to Wounded Warriors Project, P.O. Box 758517 Topeka, KS 66675.
