Edwin Louis Butler

Edwin Louis Butler, 78, of Udall, Kansas, passed away Wednesday, February 4, 2026 in Wichita. Graveside service 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, February 11, 2026, at Udall Cemetery. Edwin was born in Jena, Louisiana on January 11, 1948, to the late Mattie Louise (Wright) and Parvin Edwin Butler. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and camping. He was the husband of Kima (Pennington) Butler who preceded him in death in 2007. He was also preceded in death by his brother, John Leslie Butler; and grandson, Kalum L. Marshall. He is survived by: son, Bobby Marshall (Angela Clapper); daughters, Deborah Boyett, Lorena Marshall, and Mary Jarvis (Clifton, Jr.); brothers, Parvis William Butler and Martin Wayne Butler; sister, Betty Westbrooks (J.F.); grandchildren, Randy Marshall (Lauren), Courtney Marshall, Raymond Garrett (Lily Renee Jones), Darlin Boyett, Madison Streif, Lauren Marshall (Dylan Kane), Nathaniel Jarvis, Bethany Patrick (Lucky); great grandchildren, Remington Marshall, Rhett Marshall, Nash Marshall, Nora Marshall, Hayden Hales, Kima Marshall, Hayden Marshall, Holden Marshall, Lakim Marshall, Paisley Kane, Preston Kane, Phillip Kane, Isabella Patrick, Emma Patrick, Junior Patrick, and Atlas Patrick.
