Donna Jean (Crawford) McGinty

Donna Jean (Crawford) McGinty, age 76, passed away May 6, 2025, in Augusta, KS. She was born Apr. 10, 1949, in Rogers, AR to Elva Sherman and Bessie Ray (Smith) Crawford. Donna was a homemaker and genealogy enthusiast. She loved searching for information about the ancestors as well as finding and meeting new cousins. She loved telling stories about family and reminiscing about the old days growing up with her brothers and sisters, as she remembered them. Donna was a lover of chocolate; there was not a day go by that she didn't have a piece of chocolate. She is survived by one daughter Nicole Jean Hayworth, sisters Priscilla Ray Bordwell and Pamela Kay Rozar, brother Michael Ellis Crawford, eight grandchildren, one great-grandchild, numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Preceded in death by her husband Mike McGinty, her parents, and a brother Sherman Brooks Crawford. Cremation is being handled by Headley Funeral Chapel, Augusta, KS. A private internment or scattering of the ashes is planned for a later date
