Kathryn D. Keely

Kathryn D. Keely, 86, of Towanda, passed away May 4, 2018 at home surrounded by family. Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Headley Funeral Chapel, Augusta. Service will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, May 9, 2018 at First Baptist Church, Towanda. Burial will be at Elmwood Cemetery, Augusta.  Kathryn was born October 16, 1931 in Holdenville, OK to the late Virgil L. and Eva (Robinson) Edwards.  She worked at Cooper Drug, Rangers Café and motel, retiring from Kansas Aluminum of El Dorado. Kathryn made and sold Christmas candy selling at craft fairs. She married Orville J. Pratt in 1950 and he preceded her in death. On December 17, 1960 she married Aubrey Keely and he also preceded her in death. Kathryn is survived by; sons, Darril Pratt  (Kathy); Gary Pratt all of Towanda; Sharon Hunter (Robert) of Augusta; son Rodney Pratt (Cori) of Phoenix, AZ; daughter, Rhonda Brown (Larry) of El Dorado; and son Richard Keely of Wichita; daughter in law, Julie Keely of El Dorado; brother, Richard "Dick" Edwards (Janice); sister in laws, Thelma Edwards and Mardi Edwards; 21 grandchildren and 38 great grandchildren and 15 great-great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild on the way. She was preceded in death by a son, Gary Keely, daughter, Beverly (Keely) Anderson; brothers, Harold, Kenneth and Ronald Edwards; sister, Theda Winzer; granddaughters, Taleesha Pratt, Teresa Huffstetler and great grandson, Justin Garner.
