Jess Daniels

Jess grew up in the Douglass and Rock communities. He graduated from Douglass High School and attended Kansas State University and Wichita State University. He is a graduate of Wichita State University with a BBA degree in accounting. He worked for Associated Grocers and at Pearce-Tuck Dental Lab as a controller and office manager.

Jess is an active member of First Baptist Church in Augusta where he serves as chairman of the finance department. He has also served as a deacon and Sunday School teacher. He is a member of the Augusta Evening Lions Club.

He is the father of three children and has five grandchildren.

Joyce Daniels

Joyce grew up in Augusta and is a graduate of Augusta High School. She attended Butler County Community College. She retired from Kansas Gas Service in 2000.

She has been active in the community in several civic clubs and is an active member of First Baptist Church in Augusta where she served as a Sunday School teacher, deaconess and church clerk. She is a member of the Soroptimist Club where she serves as club secretary.

She and husband, Jess, have three children and five grandchildren.
