Kip and his wife Lori have been married for 20 years. Kips hometown is Cheney, Kansas. He has been employed for 29 years at the Boeing Aircraft Company in Wichita;
currently serving as a Captain for the Security & Fire Departments. Kip
enjoys working in the Augusta community where he finds gratification in serving others. He and his wife are members of the
First Baptist Church of Augusta. Kip spends time volunteering as a Lieutenant/firefighter/EMT for the Augusta Department of
Safety.
